My World

At home with my granddaughters, aged six and five, who were visiting in August. I don't get to see them that often as they live in Ontario, so this was a special time for all of us.

A laughing, happy, shrieking game of soccer with Dad.

Exploring the garden.

Unearthing an earthworm who was promptly named Slimy

The wonders of finding a baby spud.

Standing well back to watch their Dad split firewood and
patiently waiting their turn to help load the wheelbarrow.

Life doesn't have to be complicated. Just ask these two little girls who found the greatest pleasure in simple, everyday things.
